各种润滑油粘度对照表

一、 基本概念:

  粘度源于液体的内摩擦。油液受到外力作用而发生相对移动时,油分子之间产生的阻力使油液无法进行顺利流动,描述这种阻力大小的物理量称为粘度。

  粘度的度量方法有绝对粘度和相对粘度两大类。其中绝对粘度分为动力粘度、运动粘度两种;相对粘度主要有恩氏粘度、赛氏粘度和雷氏粘度三种。润滑油品的粘度性能主要用运动粘度来表示。

二、各种粘度的定义:

(1)、动力粘度(Dynamic Viscosity) :

  它是液体在一定剪切应力下流动时内摩擦的量度。其定义为所加于流动液体的剪切应力与剪切速率之比,用符号η表示。其法定计量单位为Pa•s或MPa•s

(2)、运动粘度(Kinematic Viscosity) :

  定义为液体的动力粘度与其同温度下的密度之比,用符号ν表示。其法定计量单位为m2/s,一般常用mm2/s。

(3)、恩氏粘度( Engler Viscosity) :

  定义为在规定温度条件下流经恩氏粘度计200mL液体所需的时间(s)与同体积蒸馏水在20℃时流经恩氏粘度计所需时间(s)之间的比值,用符号°E表示。

(4)、赛氏粘度(Saybolt Viscosity,常用SSU表示) :

  定义为在某规定温度下从赛氏粘度计流出60ml.液体所需的时间。赛氏粘度还分为赛氏粘度和赛氏重油粘度(Saybolt Furol,常用SSF表示),法定单位都为秒(s)。

(5)、雷氏粘度( Redwood Viscosity)

  是以50ml液体在规定温度下流过雷氏粘度计所需时间来表示。雷氏粘度还分为雷氏一号粘度(Rt)和雷氏二号粘度(RAt),法定单位都为秒(s)。
